Cosmo Water is a water supply business in Kya Sands, Johannesburg. This page explains what happens to the details you send us through this website.

What we collect

Only what you type into an enquiry form:

• your name and surname
• your email address
• your contact number
• the area you live in
• for rig enquiries, the contract option you picked

This website does not use cookies, advertising trackers or analytics.

Why we collect it

To get back to you about your enquiry: to quote, to arrange an installation or a delivery, and to draw up a contract if you go ahead. We don't sell your details and we don't use them for anything else.

Who sees it

The enquiry goes to the Cosmo Water team by email. The forms are sent through Web3Forms, an online form service, which passes the message on to us. Fonts on this site are loaded from Google Fonts, so Google sees your IP address when a page loads.

How long we keep it

We keep your details for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry or your contract, and as long as the law requires us to keep records.

Your rights
